Warranty
Elegant Awnings will state that all hardware and moveable parts will be guaranteed for a period of ten (10) years under normal conditions from delivery date. Corrosive atmosphere such as those contaminated with chemical fumes or direct salt will be excluded from warranty.

This guarantee dose not cover damage or deterioration caused by faulty installation, acts of God, falling objects,external forces, explosions, fire, riots, civil commotions, acts of war, or other occurrences beyond control.
Any claim made hereunder must be presented to Elegant Awnings, in writing, within the warranty period and promptly after damage has occurred. Proof of purchase must be presented. Elegant Awnings shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) claimed to be defective.
If, after inspection of the property, the determination is made that the claim is valid, Elegant Awnings will repair or replace, at Elegant Awnings discretion, on site, the defective product(s). During the first year of sale, Elegant Awnings will provide new materials free of charge. During the remaining nine years, if defects occur, we will provide new materials only 1/120th of the current regular price for each month from the date of sale.IT IS AGREED THAT ABOVE SHALL CONSTITUTE THE OWNER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL ELEGANT AWNINGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This guarantee excludes all labor charges after a period of one (1) year from date of sale. THIS GUARANTEE EXCLUDES ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE. This guarantee runs only to owner named on original proof of purchase and is not assignable or otherwise transferable.
